You take a team of people, declare to all they are strong sailors (even though never being on a boat before) and the team's captain is of questionable leadership and management skills and without any sailing experience either. What happens when the time to sail for a duration of 4 years occurs? And I thought the 3 hour cruise for Gilligan was just fiction! Ha!
