Video card freezes computer due to overheating?

so today i hand cleaned and blew out all the dust in my PC besides the video card because i don't have a can of compressed air( getting one tomorrow) i turn on my computer and immediately try to start gaming after cleaning and it freezes my computer and it looks like this http://voidhunger.borec.cz/freeze.jpg and a endless loop sound occurs after that i have to restart my pc so i touched the side of my video card and its incredibly hot and i look at the fan and its really dusty if i just shoot the air at it and take out the dust will it be fine or do you guys think theirs another problem here?
